Khem Raj is youngest son of Late Sh Gangadhar ji & Smt Choti Devi. He was born in Jodhpur on 11/12/1961.He acquired his education from St Patrick's School, Jodhpur, Sophia School, Mt Abu & passed his 10th as a boarder from St Mary's High School Mt Abu in 1977. Later went on to do 12th from St Anselm's Sr Sec School, Ajmer. He did his MBBS (1986) & MD (1991) from Dr S N Medical College, Jodhpur. He got married to Dr Jaya Verma in 1989. He was blessed by a son (Dr Karan Raj Verma) in 1990. He received the prestigious Kota Chapter Gold Medal Award in Bikaner in 1993. He served as a Medical Officer in Rajasthan Government Service at PHC Narwa & MG Hospital. He served as Medical Specialist in MOH Hospital in Faifa, Jizan, Saudi Arabia for 11 years. He also served as a Consultant Physician in Aastha Hospital & Toshniwal Hospital in Jodhpur. He was recepient of Bharat Jyoti National Award in 2008 for outstanding medical services given to the society. He had served API Jodhpur, API Rajasthan & AMPOJ as a Joint Secretary for more than 5 years. He started in 1995 "Gangadhar Verma Memorial Award" for the best research paper in Geriatric Medicine annually in Raj APICON. At present he is serving as a Consultant Physician in Sonaa Medihub Hospital, Paota, Jodhpur.
